甲、乙双方本着高度信任、互惠互利的原则，在中华人民共和国法律、法规规定的范围内，在诚实守信、友好协商的基础上，达成以下协议：

一、甲方为乙方提供设备齐全、技术状况良好、运行安全可靠、证件齐全的车

辆。

二、乙方签定本协议并选定车型后，支付给甲方车辆租赁费每月 元，

车辆租赁抵押金 元，每月 日缴纳当月车辆租赁费用。

三、协议期限为 ：甲方从 年 月 日起将车型为 ，车号为A 号的车辆交付给承租方使用至 年 月 日止。
